Security and Safeguards – American Records Management has a state-of-the-art fully integrated Security / Intrusion detection system. Motion detection systems along with audio sensors on all doors and external walls insure the security of the office and warehouse. In the unlikely potential of an intrusion, local police are summoned immediately through the central station monitoring.

The fire sprinkler system has been designed to protect a Class III commodity (paper products), installed on rack shelving with open shelves up to 25’. Sprinkler design density complies with the National Fire Protection Association Standard 13 and FM Global Property Loss Prevention data.
